How to use kitchen paper
Kitchen paper has two main functions: one for household cleaning and the other for absorbing water and oil from food.
When kitchen paper is used for kitchen affairs, I usually use it to clean dishes, stoves, range hoods, etc. Because it has thick paper and strong water absorption, it will not leave hair or paper scraps. It is also very suitable for family cleaning in non kitchen places, such as glass windows, mirrors, tables, etc. In addition, the kitchen paper towel can be folded and padded at the bottom of the oil filter box of the range hood to absorb excess oil stains, avoid the accumulation of stubborn oil stains in the box and facilitate cleaning. Kitchen paper can also prevent leakage. Put the kitchen paper under the condiment bottle to prevent leakage; Of course, it can also be placed in the refrigerator to prevent food and beverage leakage, make the refrigerator easier to clean and facilitate the cleaning of household appliances.
The second function is food. The first is to absorb water. For example, before frying fish, wipe the surface of the fish and the water in the pot with kitchen paper. When frying, there will be no oil explosion. Meat oozes water after thawing. Drying with kitchen paper can ensure the freshness and hygiene of food. In addition, before putting fruits and vegetables into the refrigerator, wrap the kitchen paper first, and then put it into the fresh-keeping bag, which can keep the food fresh for a longer time. As for oil absorption, after the fried food comes out of the pot, put it on the kitchen paper to let the kitchen paper absorb the excess oil. In this way, it will not be so greasy, and of course, it will be healthier.
